2. SHIPPING INFORMATION -- RETAIL
Shipping in the United States is at our expense via regular post, US Mail. We will use the most inexpensive means to mail your the product at our expense to a address in the United States.
If you wish to have expedited delivery, please let us know and we willl advise you of the cost.
Shipping to foreign customers will be charged at

3. HOW TO
PLACE ORDERS -- RETAIL
Our online ordering system is processed by Pay Pal but you do not need a Pay Pal account to order or to pay. It is a secured transaction and this information will not be broadcast over the internet.
When ordering using the online ordering system, simply click on the orange button marked "Add to Cart". You will be taken to the order page and you will see that the item has been placed in your shopping cart.
If you desire more than one item, or wish to reduce the number of items you are ordering, fill in the box in the "Quantity" column
with the correct number of items you wish to order, then click on the "Update Cart" button.
If you wish to cancel your order, you don't have to mark the Quantity as "0" or blank out the form. Just click the box in the "Remove" column and press the "Update Cart" button.
If you wish to continue shopping, or navigate away from this page, click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom and you will be returned to the page where you placed your order.
When you are ready to place your order, click on the yellow button marked "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be taken to our payment processing page.
On the Payment Processing Page, you will have a choice of using PayPal or not. If you are not using Pay Pal, fill in the information on the left side of the form and you can begin processing your order for payment. PayPal is preferred - it is very secure.

5. RETURNS POLICY -- RETAIL
All returns must be arranged beforehand.
Contact us by telephone or e-mail to receive a
Return Authorization Number. No returns will
be credited without a Return Authorization Number.
Unopened product with the external seal intact may
be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
The Customer is responsible for packaging and postage to
return products. Refunds will be made by credit card
credit or check, at our option, and will consist of
the amount originally charged less shipping to you.
If the bottle has been opened and you wish to return it, there will be a $15.00 restocking fee per opened bottle.
